A. Customized Personal MLS Website: You'll be set up with your own private MLS website. This site will list every home that fits your specifications. You get ALL the information you need to help you with your home search, not just bits and pieces that you get from other sites. You can use your site to target your search using our powerful sorting and ranking tools. A detailed description of each search can be found in this section. In this example, the site is set up to look for all homes under $1,500,000 in Chula Vista, with a minimum of 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3500 square feet.
B. Update Star: When there is new listing to review, or a change to an existing listing, you will see a star next to your search. You can quickly view only the most recent changes. Unlike other sites, you do not have to sort through dozens of repeat listings to see just the new information.
